Hampton Falls Inn

Everything is great here, had a very relaxing stay for the price. Make sure you stay in the king room with a pull out sofa bed, a pretty view plus someone's belongings. There is a microwave oven and fridges. Its location is magnificent & nice, not far from many other stores and the beach, shopping and retaurants.

Stayed in Wheelchair Accessible room with a pull out sofa, the bathtub, the balcony, it worked well for me.

The bed was comfortable, pool was nicely warm and clean, sheets were clean, staff is very friendly

Wish they served breakfast, and wish the pool towels were with the pool not up at the front desk. They don't give enough room towels.

The Housekeeping Staff was Very Friendly Cheerful with Greetings and Helpful when asked for extra towels. Rooms were Clean and Comfy! Front desk clerk was Courteous.

Most Places I have Stayed allow for Early Arrivals to Check in before 3 my arrival time was almost 2pm. I would recommend a little better sound cancelation/proofing between floors as We could hear kids running down the hall during the evening.

For the price, the room was a good size and in a decent location.

The fixtures were pretty outdated and the mattress lacked support, but for the price we could overlook that.

great access to parks and local attractions for wandering adventurers

I loved how we were just a short walk from both Smoky Quartz Distillery and Hampton Beach State Park, made our weekend city strolls so convenient and enjoyable. It was easy to explore the beautiful area with parks and attractions right at our doorstep. The hotel also offered comfy beds and friendly service.

Generous sized room for a good price.

My only complaint would be that the sewage lines do not appear to be insulated. Each time someone above flushed or showered it sounded as if the water was running down the walls.

Staff was very helpful. We aren't from around that area and the man at the counter helped us find someplace for dinner. Got a smoking room for my husband who smokes, we didn't realize we had a porch room which was a pleasant surprise. Definetly going to be a return customer.

The pool, n hot tub

Accidentally booked a smoking room online. They would not change it, claiming no vacancy. All of our belongings Reak! Disgusting! Burnmarks on bedding, bathroom floor, furniture. Even a chain smoker's nose would've burned! My daughter refused to enter the room. If it wasn't 3 am we would've left. Too expensive for the low quality! Even after hosing the place down with lysol, and leaving balcony door open our nose and eyes burned!Gross, gross, gross.

We were approved for a later check out (received email confirmation). On the morning of check out we received a call from owner saying that they could no longer honor the extended check out time. We had to quickly get out or be charge another day. Very unprofessional and very poor customer service!

The kids really enjoyed it and the location was perfect for heading to nearby restaurants and stores.

We were told we had a king bed upon booking a week before. When we arrived in our room there were two queen beds instead. The staff said sorry, everything is sold out. Besides being dirty, it was false advertising. I am not happy.

Friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location for my trip and activities.
